General Information for Participants
Please arrive at the hall with time to spare to avoid peak times at our reception areas.
For presenters, complete the data check on the operation desk in each room at least 30 minutes before the start of the applicable program. If you have any role to play in the program, please enter the room no later than 10 minutes before the program's beginning. The chairperson should start each session on time. Each presenter will present according to the chairperson's instructions. Strictly comply with the scheduled session time and each planned presentation time.
